I realise I’ve been conspicuous in my absence lately – don’t tang me – I’ve been way past busy!
And regular readers here will know I advocate a proper work/life balance – that’s essential to keeping your sanity and making all the pieces fit.
Actually, I’ve only hopped onto the computer to take a little stroll up email mountain and the computer’s on a timer – 10 minutes and I’m off; the Easter holidays are for grown ups too you know and right now, I’m surrounded by a thousand pieces of lego and excited children. I’ve got a bank and a roof garden to design and construct – so I’ll be brief…
Next week, I’ll be packing a bag to head to UK Aware at London’s Olympia.
Here’s a little blurb on the gig.
Do you enjoy modern living but are aware of climate change?
Are you keen to reduce your footprint but need inspiration?
Do you wonder what kind of world future generations are inheriting?
UK AWARE 09 in Olympia, London on Friday 17 & Saturday 18 April 09 shows you how easy greener living can be, how it will improve your quality of life and how much money it can save you.

Our exhibitors will be showcasing hundreds of products and services ranging from cars to computers, from fashion to food and from travel to advice services.

I’m hoping to interview some of the inspirational speakers, stallholders and visitors to the event and will be working with the film crew from Nice and Serious.
The guys at UK Aware have kindly given me a wad of tickets giving you FREE ENTRY on Friday 17th. All you have to do to claim one is hop on here and quote UA09DSW when prompted.
For now, I really must go. The bank isn’t looking the sturdiest of buildings and I’ve got to go make a set of stairs apparently…
There’s just no rest for the wicked.
